I'm building NOS Workspace. We make a lot of internal HTML material, and we needed one place to collect it and share it with colleagues. NOS keeps notes and docs in the same workspace as HTML pages, so a project's HTML brief and the notes about it can be kept together.

Take a hypothetical example: an HTML project brief that lists the kickoff meeting as October 21. You paste the HTML into NOS, and it appears as a rendered page instead of source code. Pasting, previewing and editing don't require signing up. Once the brief looks right, you sign in, save it and copy its link. Colleagues open that link without an account, and you don't deploy a separate site to host the brief.

A day later the kickoff moves to October 23. You open the saved brief in NOS, click the date on the rendered page and type the new one. NOS writes that change into the underlying HTML, so you don't have to find the right tag in the source. Then you save the brief again.

The link you already sent stays the same. When a colleague opens it again later, they see the saved brief with October 23, so you don't have to send a new URL.

If you have an HTML file you'd normally hand to a colleague, paste its HTML into NOS and click a line of text in the preview. You can try that edit step before creating an account: https://nos-workspace.com
