Pre-operation CheckStep-by-step OperationCommon Troubleshooting

This FAQ covers the step-by-step operation of professional terminology accurate transcription on Android devices, targeting common on-site operation errors users encounter.

Pre-operation Check

Confirm the app is updated to the latest version. Verify the target audio file is stored in local phone storage. Confirm the device has at least 2GB remaining available space for temporary transcription cache.

Step-by-step Operation

  1. Open the app main interface, tap the import icon at the bottom right corner. Select the target audio file from the local file list.
  2. After the file is loaded, tap the transcription parameter setting button on the upper right corner. Locate the professional terminology switch in the pop-up menu, toggle it to the on state.
  3. Select the corresponding vertical field tag from the drop-down list, covering medicine, education, scientific research, finance and other categories. Tap confirm to submit the task.
  4. The system runs local preprocessing first, then matches the built-in massive professional vocabulary and industry hot word database. The transcription progress bar is displayed on the current page.
  5. When the transcription status shows completed, tap the preview entry. The full text with professional terminology accurately recognized will be presented on the screen.
  6. Tap the export button at the top of the page. Select plain text format, save the file to the designated local folder.

Common Troubleshooting

If professional terms appear as garbled characters, re-enter the parameter page and reselect the matching industry tag. If the progress bar stays stuck, check if the audio file has a sampling rate lower than 16kHz. If the exported file cannot be opened, confirm the local storage path has no special characters.
The whole process does not require extra third-party format conversion tools. The final output text is closer to the real professional work scenario.
