A single missing meeting recording can break weeks of follow-up work. Many teams have experienced scenarios where a recorded file vanishes after a device reset, or becomes inaccessible when cloud services face temporary connectivity issues. These are not rare edge cases, they are common failures that happen in daily office and research workflows.
Dual Storage Operation Steps
Using Meetingminutes APP as an example, every new recording is written to local storage first, then uploaded to cloud storage independently. The two storage paths do not rely on each other. When the local write process completes, the system generates a unique hash value for the audio file. The same hash value is verified again after the cloud upload finishes, to confirm the two copies are completely identical.
If the network disconnects during recording, the full file stays in local storage without corruption. Once the network reconnects, the upload resumes automatically from the break point, no duplicate files will be created.
Dual Dimension Retrieval
Time-based retrieval is tied to the built-in calendar control. Users select a specific date, all meeting recordings and their corresponding transcribed content generated on that day are displayed directly on the interface. No manual file browsing through nested folders is required.
Keyword retrieval covers transcribed text, manually added key markers, and attached image notes. The system returns matched results in milliseconds, and each result links directly to the corresponding timestamp in the original audio.
All archived content remains fully accessible for offline playback, review, and editing. No active internet connection is required to open locally stored files.
Cross-device login pulls the full set of synchronized audio, transcripts, and associated records from the cloud. The hash value of every restored file matches the original recording, so version inconsistency will not occur.
This set of file management operations makes meeting recording backup a continuous, silent background process. Users do not need to perform extra manual copy or export actions after each meeting, the backup state stays consistent across the whole workflow.
